I've been sitting on these images for quite a while as I've never been a huge fan of playing the saturation game in post processing.
The difference, however, with these images is that I've actually reduced the saturation in post processing. The sunrise that morning was nothing short of spectacular.
So here you go, in all their saturated (but slightly less than it was at the time) glory.
Don't get me wrong, to be there on that morning was such a privilege, and in fact for quite a time I simply stood there and enjoyed it.
